Emails on Mac won't delete or move

There are emails that don't show on my other devices, only on MAC and they won't delete, they won't move and I don't understand this stupid email exchange! Constantly asking me for a password, but not giving me anywhere to put it in. I just want to delete these emails...the more I try to delete different emails, the more emails I can't delete.
