iOS group messages incorrectly say conversation was renamed

Recently (since iOS 26.2 I think) my group messages keep saying I’ve renamed the conversation. The name of the group stays the same but it says I changed it when I didn’t. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

There is one android user in the group. The 3 of us with iPhones also have Apple Watches. Me and another iPhone user in the group keep having this happen in this group
