username not associated with license

i signed up for microsoft 365. When I try to use it, it indicates that the username is not associated with the license.

I can't seem to find out what email address is associated with the license.

Logic Pro and a set of professional education applications Hi, everybody In 2021, I bought a package of professional applications- Final Cut, Logic Pro and 3 more applications. I'm currently trying to find links to the Logic Pro installation and I can't find anything, he says that there is no such order. I checked that I logged in with my username, everything is correct. I did not buy through the App Store, but from the Apple Store website. I have the license keys that came in the mail, but again, I still haven't found where to enter them. Please help me solve the problem
