Songs are disappearing from Apple Music playlists

Hey, I have a giant playlist on apple music, it was about 4000 songs and roughly 230+ hours long. Now over the past 3 days music keeps disappearing from the playlist. The songs aren't being removed form apple music, I can still play them if I find them in my library, but over 11 hours of music was removed from my playlist the last 3 days. Even yesterday, Nov 26th, I added 3 songs. All 3 were not in my playlist tonight, Nov 27th.

I have an iPhone 16 Pro, running IOS 26.1.

After double checking, this is happening in all my playlists, even in my favorites playlist.
