Cannot add email address to Apple ID

I have two Apple IDs, one with an email address, another with my phone number. I want to merge them, so I requested to delete the email address Apple ID.

However after the email address Apple ID is deleted, I still cannot add the email address to my another Apple ID, it prompt "This email address is not available for"

The address is already linked to Apple ID, use another one Once I linked several email addresses to my Apple ID, but now I need to create a new Apple ID with one of them. I unlinked the necessary address from my account, but I couldn't create an ID with it. Error: the id is already taken, use another one. Is it possible to solve this problem and create an Apple ID with this email?

Can I remove an email address from my Apple ID and use it to create a new Apple ID? Can I remove an email address from my Apple ID and use it to create a new Apple ID? I've unlinked the email I want to use in the new account but the sign up page says the email address is not available. Do I have to wait a given period of time before it is available? FYI I know this sounds like a strange thing to be doing but I want to create a fresh Apple ID with no associated @icloud.com and @me.com email address and I've been told creating a new account is the only way.

That is expected when you request to delete an Apple ID, Apple explicitly states the limitations before you deleted it. See How to delete your Apple Account - Apple Support section Can I use the primary email address for my deleted Apple Account to create a new Apple Account or with another existing Apple Account?
