I have two Apple IDs, one with an email address, another with my phone number. I want to merge them, so I requested to delete the email address Apple ID.
However after the email address Apple ID is deleted, I still cannot add the email address to my another Apple ID, it prompt "This email address is not available for"
That is expected when you request to delete an Apple ID, Apple explicitly states the limitations before you deleted it.
