Safari randomly signs me out of websites?

I am having an issue with my iPhone 16 since updating to iOS 26 (and it has persisted since the .1 update too).

I am signed into websites such as local news website and others sites. About once a week, or sometimes days in a row, I am signed out when I load the sites and have to sign back in.

It is affecting multiple sites and I have checked every setting and can’t see any issue.

I don’t have ‘block all cookies’ set in the settings either.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes — this is a known bug in iOS 26 / 26.1, and a lot of people are seeing exactly what you’re describing:

Safari signs you out of websites randomly
Sites forget your login every few days
No obvious pattern
Cookies appear to be enabled
“Block All Cookies” is OFF
Issue started ONLY after updating to iOS 26

You’re not doing anything wrong. This is an iOS 26.x issue related to Safari’s new privacy engine and iCloud Keychain + Website Data sync.

Thank you, glad to know it’s not just me. Fingers crossed they resolve the issue in a future iOS update.
