'Share Across Devices' keep activating and changing original settings

• What devices do you have listed at Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom.
• Are you part of a Family Sharing plan? If so, what is your role?

If you are referring to the time shown for your posts, it simply indicates that you have not set your time zone correctly for this site.

• And I assume you share the same Time Zone as London?
• What time shows on your phone? Is it off by minutes or hours?
• Are you using a VPN?
