Line through bell icon for all texts
On a 16 ProMax with iOS 26.1 I have a line through the bell. Every text had a line through the bell. I turned all
of them on but it doesn't help.

There is a known Messages bug affecting some newer iOS builds (including early iOS 26.x), where conversations appear muted even though alerts are allowed.
Fix:
Reset Notifications Only
(Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset All Settings)
This does NOT delete data.
It resets notifications, Focus modes, network settings, etc.
This usually clears the “muted icon on all conversations” glitch.
