iTunes not updating Patreon RSS podcast subscriptions

iTunes has stopped updating my RSS subscriptions from the Patreon creators I follow. They were working earlier this month, but this week I noticed they're not working anymore.

iTunes doesn't even seem to recognize them as podcasts now. The titles are there, but there's no feed history, and there's no menu when I right-click the title.

I've tried deleting the feed and resubscribing with the RSS link, and it still doesn't work. Well, I've only tried one, but since it didn't work, I didn't try any of the others.

Patreon suggested uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, and that hasn't worked, either.
