Opening multiple Pages documents and linking between them

Can i have 2 Pages documents open at the same time? And if so, can i put a link in the current document to a word in the other document?

You can have multiple Pages documents open providing documents with identical names reside in different folders. You cannot however, link anything between documents as that is not supported.
