I would check to see if you have any Google.apps on you device before anything. Like Google Photo or Google Drive. If you have any of them delete them.

Open a Google App (like Gmail).

Tap your Profile Picture or Initial in the top right corner.

Tap Manage accounts on this device (or similar wording like Manage Accounts).

Find the Google Workspace account you want to remove.

Tap Remove from this device.

Tap Remove or Done to confirm.

Not exactly sure what you're trying to remove.

Google Workspace is not an App that can be removed. It's Google's collection of apps, like Sheets, Photos, Docs, Gmail etc... for work and collaboration online.

You an access Google Workspace by logging in with a Google Account at https://workspace.google.com

Where exactly are you seeing this? Why do you wan to remove it exactly?

If you use any Google App, you can access Google Workspace.

Perhaps if you explain where you are seeing it, and why it is distressing for you to see it, someone may be able to advise more specifically.

Are you accessing these accounts through the Chrome Browser by any chance?

If so, google will attempt other use its own log in process.

Try opening the account through Safari.

If you changed your default web browser, to Chrome, you may wan to change other back to Safari, in Settings ➜ Apps ➜ Safari ➜ Default Browser and set it back to Safari.

Then any link you open from anywhere should open in Safari and should then prompt for Apple Passwords, instead of the Google Login or passwords.
