Contact the bank that issues the GoHenry payment card. Electronic wallets are governed my the bank regulations of the country the child lives in. The minimum age to use an e-wallet is 13, but some countries and regions restrict usage to children aged 15 and older. The bank that issues the GoHenry card must also support electronic wallets and Apple Pay.
