Numbers - Cannot export a PDF to the Files app ? The option is not visible in the pop-up anymore. Other options like Airdrop, Dropbox, Messages etc. are available as export location. I cannot scroll down to see more option in this pop-up. This happens on the latest iPad iOS 26.1… i tried the same on my iPad Pro with iOS 17.7.10 and there I can save to files without any problem.

The export options have changed a little, but they should still be there.
What may be compounding the issue is that Files is not one of the defaults. For example, when I choose to Export to PDF, I see the following:
For reasons I can't explain, Files is buried beneath the "More..." options at the bottom:
Clicking this expands the list to include additional options, and this button itself changes to the Files option:
Not exactly intuitive, since you don't expect this button to change function, but it is there.

You need to tap on the ... button to expand the list. Then it will change to the Files option and show additional options below.
Yes I know these changed in the UI. But it seams you sometimes cannot scroll down in this popup with Share options. Like in this screenshot, I cannot scroll down there to see all options.
It does not happen all the time… weird little bug.
