Icloud music won't sync

Toggle “Sync Library” OFF then ON

On your iPad:

Settings → Music → Sync Library → OFF

Wait 10–20 seconds → turn ON again.

This forces the iPad to re-download your library database.

If prompted to Merge / Replace, choose Merge.
