Unable to delete apps on iPhone 15, only remove

I’m trying to delete some apps on my iPhone 15 but it only allows me to remove it from the Home Screen

Try: Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases - make sure deleting apps is marked allow.
