iPhone 11 Pro iOS 18 The volumen of an incoming call goes down every time I pick up the phone…I meant if the phone is placed on a table, ringing it’s loud enough but as soon as I just hold it in my hand volume down and I pick up the call and can’t hear almost nothing because it’s really low

It's called Attention Aware. When your phone rings, is unlocked and you look at it, the ringer volume automatically reduces because you are looking at your phone. So you clearly are aware the phone is ringing. And it's much less distracting to people around you. If you don't want your phone to do this, you can turn Attention Aware off, by going to Settings > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention > Attention Aware Features
