I’m having the same issue, I’ve been using Apple Pay for a while now, and then out of nowhere I saw, “Pending” for money I requested and “received” instead of it being into my balance immediately. Then it proceeded to ask me to very my identity. I filled out all the information correctly of my name, address and social security+DOB and after I filled out the DOB it took me right back to the front page of filling my name. Literally a loop 🫩

Did you submit a photo of your state issued ID?

That generally indicates they were able to verify your identity. Are you attempting verification for Apple Card (credit card) or Apple Cash or what exactly?
