Unable to find lost iPhone and locked account

I am trying to find my son’s iPhone. It’s dead and he lost it. I locked his account for 8 hours because I can’t remember the birthday I used when I set it up. Can you unlock it ?

How can I find an Apple ID on a lost phone? My friend bought a new iPhone 14, while at a theme park he lost it. Locating a lost iPhone without Find My or iCloud I posted, not sure it went to more than one person not used to this. My child adult child, has lost my work phone, and and does not have my, find my app turned on. I cannot find the location of it on the iCloud. I only have my other Apple device to attempt to get this phone locked or temporarily disabled immediately. How do I do this how without FIND MY OR ICLOUD, as she disabled them. After 8 hours, go to iforgot.apple.com to recover the Apple ID. Once recovered, use Find My to enable Lost Mode and locate the iPhone when it comes online.
