Snapchat account abandoned

The iPhone itself does not restrict access to third-party apps unless specific permissions or conditions are unmet. Apple has no control over decisions made by third-party apps regarding account or device bans.

If Snapchat has banned your phone, you don’t get the ban removed unless Snapchat themselves remove it. Often their device bans are permanent. A Support page on their site claims that if your device is banned, Snapchat Support cannot lift the ban.

Contact Snapchat and ask them, this is not an Apple product.
