Siri announcing notifications after watch update

After the new watch is update Siri will announce workout notifications even when these are all turned off. Before the update I never got these announced but I can’t figure out how to turn them back off

To rule out a software issue inside your backup data, erase the watch and pair it again, setting it up as a new device. You will only lose your created Watch faces and may have to activate the cards in your Wallet app again.

Then record a workout again, after making sure that the workout feedback has been disabled in the settings on the watch.
