Why am I not eligible for the NFL offer

I tried to get the new NFL offer for new and returning subscribers, i’m a returning but when i tried to redeem the offer it says i’m not eligible, i subscribe to the 6 month offer for new listeners but canceled it so i don’t know if that is causing the problem?
