What an earlier reply does not provide is an actual solution other than waiting until next year. ;-) Incidentally, the support article Change your Apple Account country or region - Apple Support describes how to change your country setting on everything using your Apple Account, and the requirements and results of doing this. You may wish to read that.
As you can see, your subscription actually expires in April of next year. In order to change country right now you will need to contact Apple and ask them to end the subscription (and any others you may have) early.
