Dropbox isn’t working on my Mac

Why will my Dropbox not work on my Mac when I use my WiFi but when I use my hotspot it works

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 26.1

It sounds as if your WiFi network is blocking it. Are you the person in control of this WiFi network? Or is someone else?

When something is not working my routine fix is to shutdown and re-start it or all (Mac, mobile device, router etc) and try again. Usually that works.
