How to view WiFi data usage

Your Wi-Fi router might have logging capabilities that will display information about what device was using Wi-Fi on what date and for how long.

Check with the customer support people at your Wi-Fi router.

But will either remind me that I ever knew such a thing? Therein lies the big problem. I may well forget that I was ever aware there was such an app (though this conversation may serve to make that less likely!).

I've been using mostly Notion these days.

It is not something your phone tracks. Nor will you see it on your cellular bill.

When I got it the app was free. Check the app store to see if it is.

The one that I have is no longer available. There seem to be others, but none are free. One is 99¢, however.

The "DataMan Pro" app that I use (now unavailable) and the closest one I find in the App Store at the moment measure only cellular data, not wifi data. The author of the one in the App Store offers "WifiMan from DataMan" (also a paid app) to "track all your Wi-Fi networks" and bundles the two. I haven't tried either of those current offerings.
