iPhone 16 Plus, iOS 18
The one-time payment plan is two or three years depending on the product.
The subscription lasts until cancelled or Apple stops supporting the model involved.

It’s for my iPhone 16 plus and I am pretty sure it is two years. I think it is the MacBook laptops that are three years. So after two years you’re on your own. Thank you.
