Unspecified Missing Sound Pack

I created a song on GarageBand and saved it. When I tried to open it again, I received the following message:

I cannot access the song.

I have three sound packs installed:

8-bit Legends

Keyboard Collection

Vision and Verse

These are the only sound packs I have ever had. I have songs that use instruments from these packs, and those projects open and function without issue.

I deleted and reinstalled the all of my sound packs and rebooted the app, but nothing changed.

I restarted my phone, nothing changed.

The song has five instruments. I cannot remember the name of the first one, but when try to open the song, I can see the others: "Fat Synth Rhythm," "Moving Voice," "Classical Grand," and "Big Dripper."
