Explicit content/lyrics with the E symbol track from Troy Ave - Uhohhh is the clean version, Not the E version

Why some explicit content songs with the E rating still be the clean version? Example one of my favourites, Troy Ave - Uhohhh , has the E label and says explicit lyrics/content. Yet this rap song is censored and is the clean family version. It’s uncut/uncensored only on Soundcloud so far. Spotify also shows the same E rating but track is clean version. Why? I have checked all settings. Other songs are fine. Just this one from my kind of music artists has this problem.
