By any chance, did you fall for a scammer's story, and

• Give a scammer your Apple Account credentials, or
• Log into a scammer's Apple Account

only to find your phone placed into Lost Mode ("Locked to Owner")? ("they locked my phone") ????

If so, the phone is lost to you.

In any case, I can't see how having an Android phone would help you remove any kind of lock – whether Activation Lock, blacklisting, carrier lock, forgotten passcode, or SIM PIN/PUK code lock.

You don't. And who is "they"?

Who locked your phone? How is it locked? Forgot Passcode? Activation Locked? Are you the original owner of the phone or did you buy a used iPhone from someone? Did you let someone else log into your phone, which locked you out? And no, you cannot unlock an iPhone using an Android phone.
