How do I restore folder organization for apps in macOS Launchpad?

Can I still organise my apps into folders on mac?

I am relatively new to mac. I just about set up all my apps into neat folders so I can easily navigate to them and maintain a clean divide between my work stuff and personal stuff but then they updated the OS and it changed everything and I really dislike it.
