correcting the login ID on home app

I have had the home app for quite a while. Shared it with my husband for his phone. I recently had to delete the app from my phone and when I reinstall it, it is now logged in under the wrong apple ID so nothing is there. How do I fix this so it is connected back on my phone to the right apple ID? I have two devices I cannot see on the home app now as a result.

You have logged into the device with another Apple ID. What ever Apple ID is used on the device is used by the Home app and all other Apple services on the device.


Use the same Apple ID each time you sign in. Use for all Apple services like App Store, iCloud, iMessage and FaceTimeone Apple ID
