How make apple intelligence download chatgpt extensions?

i have a new iphone 17


live in sweden


can not use apple intelligence as chatgpt extensions dont load - it says the extensions are not avalilable


however my friends use siri with chatgpt


any hack to make it work?

iPhone 13, iOS 26
