Updating my iPhone 13 to iOS 26 removed half of my apps

I just updated my iPhone 13 to the new iOS 26 and it removed nearly half of my apps. I am a young adult, however, I am still part of my parents family in the apple account. After updating my phone, screen time automatically activated and blocked all apps rated anything above 9+ years old. There’s no way to fix it from my device. I can no longer use whatsapp or spotify along with many other important apps. Why would apple do this and how can i fix it???
