How to compare and identify mismatched addresses in Numbers?

It seems like this should be easy, but I can't figure it out.

I have a Numbers spread sheet with original mailing address in one column and updated addresses from the USPS in another column. I want to see which addresses don't match, i.e. which addresses have changed.

I'm using Numbers 14.4 on OS 15.5

You create add a new column and fill it with the formula:

IF(A1=B1,””,”Modified”)

where A1 contains one address and B1 the USPS address.

Then filter the rows based on the new column if it contains “Modified”.
