DStv app freezing on Apple TV

DSTV app keeps freezing on apple tv.

Done all trouble shooting

- unplugged apple tv

- uninstalled and reinstalled DSTV app

- wifi running perfectly for everything else

- no other Apps have issues on Apple TV

- Apple software is up to date

- Last step I could find is to update network (still running.......), which seems unnecessary as everything else works, still doing it.

Seems like a DSTV issue with Apple TV.

Do I have to get a non Apple device? Have 2 and unhappy to do so.

It happened years ago, but trouble shooting sorted it, but it's back now and nothing works to sort it.
