Make sure iCloud Calendar is turned ON
After iOS 26 updates, some devices silently turn this off.
Go to:
Settings → Your Name → iCloud → Show All → Calendars → ON
If it is already ON → toggle it OFF → wait 15 seconds → ON again.
This forces your iPhone to re-download calendar data from iCloud.
