Mouse Left Click Acting like Command-Click

Hello. I am having a problem with the mouse left click intermittently acts like command click. Not always. During the course of using it, it will go back and forth.

I have a Logitech MX3s mouse. I thought the problem was a hardware failure with this mouse or a glitch in their logitech software. So, I bought 2 new bluetooth mice to replace it.

What I have found, though, is that when it starts acting like command click on the Logitech mouse, the left click of the other 2 bluetooth mice begin acting the same way. This seems like it is not mouse issue, but some issue with Mac OS.

Has anyone experienced this? It is driving me crazy. Does anyone have any solutions. Again, it periodically switches back and forth so I have no idea what is going on.
