After updating macos Tahoe in my new macbook air m4, upload file option not working. Finder starts lagging and then opens after 10 seconds and then I can click only once, after that it freezes

Is there a particular app involved...?
if this is a browser issue or a website issue— I would try a different browser and compare your results.
If all else fails shut down and restart your Mac.

While uploading files on google sheets or whatsapp web. Finder freezes immediately. I have tried restarting multiple times, still the issue has not gone.
It’s same across all browsers, i think some file is corrupted due to which finder is freezing
