I can't log in to my apple ID in iPhone 4s!

I'm using an iPhone 4s. It is logged in to my Apple account, and it worked well with iCloud Drive, iMessage, and FaceTime. But, a few months before, I faced a pop-up saying, "Enter your password (Apple account)." I entered the setting, and I entered my password, but it said, "Can't connect to servers." I tried logging out and logging in again, but it was stuck in Find My. It says that I need to enter a password to deactivate Find My. But I don't know the password. I tried to reset my account password, but it didn't work. Now, I cannot do anything with my phone. Please help me.

Realize that a 4s is truly ancient and many Apple services no longer support it.

I posted a complete troubleshooting list because until just a few months ago I had multiple iOS9 devices (including a 4S) signed into my account. While using iCloud services is no longer supported on a 4S, I don't know that you can't "sign in". I was "signed in" until I signed out. I just never really tried to do anything other than erase them and shut them down for recycling.
