How to get my refund and disconnect my payment card. From apple.

Why is it that even though I canceled a subscription after the free trial because I don’t like it or I don’t want to use it or found out I don’t really need it. I canceled it and it’s still comes up being charged and this one particular one was charged twice. It’s the Cleanup pro app and they keep taking money from my debit card. I don’t know what number to call to have them stop that I can send screenshots of where I canceled or the app was being expired and they’re still taking money for me and I don’t know what to do about it. Been about three months of payments now.

Who you contact will depend upon through whom you took out the subscription. Since you say you were charged twice you may even have subscribed twice.

Click on this link to learn "How to cancel a subscription from Apple." --> If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support - "If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends." At this stage the renewal is considered a purchase. For a new subscription the sale is probably effective from when you first agree to subscribe.


Maybe you were too late in canceling?


If you subscribed through CleanupPro, you need to contact them directly. Apple has nothing to do with that.
