Apple Intelligence Priority Notifications Visual Bug Question

iPhone 16 Pro - iOS 26.1. For Apple Intelligence priority notifications in the stack, the priority highlight extends outside the border of the notification. The highlight has hard square corners, instead of staying inside the rounded corners of the notification and just glowing. Attempted reboot multiple times but this doesn’t seem like a feature. Has anyone else encountered this and is there a fix?
