Workout videos not playing on iPhone and iPad despite a current subscription

I am having issues with the workout videos not playing in the app. The workout preview will play but when I play the video I get an error message saying the video is not available right now. This happens on both my iPhone and iPad.

my subscription is current. I have turned both devices off.

I really rely on the app for workout. Any ideas??

I understand contacting Apple may not be ideal, but they are able to do remote diagnostics that we cannot do and are in a better position to resolve the problem. The 3 points above have worked for some but not all who have come across this problem. You deserve to have this app working for you especially since you are paying for the subscription and Apple should be aware of the trouble you are experiencing.

Not sure if you tried phone support or chat support before, but both should be available for you. For calls there is the typical phone tree to go through, but you are then able to talk to a real person. The same is true for Chat support where after you describe the problem you are presented with related Support Articles and on the bottom of the screen there is a button that says "Get More Help" that can be used for direct contact.
