Stop Legacy Contact banner notifications on iPhone

How do I stop Legacy Contact from sending banner notifications? I clicked on Legacy Contact a few days ago to see what it was, I did not set it up, I backed out of it, and now I’m getting banner notifications to finish setting up Legacy Contact multiple times a day - every hour I get 2 notifications. It’s driving me batty and I cannot find instructions anywhere for how to get the banners to stop appearing. I do not want to set up a Legacy Contact at this time and I want the banner notifications to stop.
