so my iphone 13 is stuck on the apple logo or boot looping. I've tried force restarting, DFU. DFU didn't give me the option too update and the files in there are important, my last resort is a repair shop. Any other tips?
A DFU restore sets it back to factory settings. So does a hardware repair, but if it boot loops it probably isn’t a hardware problem; your speculation about full storage is likely, especially if storage was close to full. But either way the content on the iPhone is no longer accessible.
