How do I use a $25 Apple Gift Card to pay off a $15 debt in my Apple Account?

so basically, around 3 months ago i had a joker card which i had spent $15 extra that i couldnt, which made me get a new payment method, so i chose a 25 dollar apple gift card. The debt didnt allow me to install apps, update them and many other things until i repayed the money. The only problem is, it for some reason isnt using the $25 the pay for the debt and now is just sitting there in my apple account and cannot be touched. So now please someone tell me theres a solution to this without paying anymore

Then no, you cannot use the $25 gift card to pay off the $15. The gift card can only be used to purchase additional Apple products and services, not pay off balances.

Apple Gift cards can only be used to purchase Apple products and services. Gift Cards are added to your Apple Account, nowhere else.

What on earth is a “joker card”? Was it purchased in the Apple App Store? Please explain your issue in detail as we are not mode readers here.
