Receiving monthly bills for cancelled Apple TV subscription

I cancelled my Apple TV subscription in July this year. Now I am being receiving receipts for monthly billing again. The subscription shows as inactive / canceled, meaning I cannot cancel (again!) or request a refund. None of my family are using it. When any of us log in to AppleTV, we are prompted to restart the subscription.
