The AirDrop icon is missing on my MacBook Pro (macOS 26.1 (25B78)) for my iphone 17 Pro Max (iOS 26.1), see attached image.
I have rebooted both devices & the software is updated to the latest versions.
I've also updated my contact card on both devices.
Not the end of the world but frustrating all the same.
Can anyone help with a fix pl?

Looks normal to me. From my M4 Pro Macbook Pro 14" running the same version of Tahoe as you:
Works without issue. The two destination "spots" are my iPhone (26.1) and my wife's iPad. Both were on and not sleeping.
