Mouse not working. Charge 3%

In 2024 I bought a Mouse (MK2E3ZM/A) I hardly used it because it is very unfamiliar to me. Now I decided to take it out of the box and connect it to my MacBook Pro, but the mouse is discharged. I changed the charging cables, power supplies but all in vain. When I connect the MacBook Polo it sees it and a charging window appears from 3% I can charge it for several hours ... but as soon as I remove the charger the mouse does not work ... then I connect it to the computer again and it says 3% again unfortunately the warranty has expired even though I have not used this equipment. What do you recommend?
