iPhone 14 has delayed notifications when upgraded to ios 26.1

Ios 26.1 Delayed Notifications. Im using iphone 14 when i upgraded to ios 26.1 , im having issues receiving messenger messages and calls. There is a delay of around 5 mins. Email as well. Especially when phone is on standby for a few mins. Every notification setting is on, background app refresh etc. Is this a known bug?
