Unable to add email accounts to Mail app on iPad a16

Click on next, on the following page enter password but can’t click the next button. As the drop down box showing share icon is covering the next button.

Have tried a soft re-start but not solved problem.

What can I do to solve this issue or is it a software problem and item needs returning? This is a brand new iPad and not a refurbished one.
