Data from privacy.apple.com is incomplete

Hello,

I'm trying to obtain a copy of data from privacy.apple.com but iCloud Drive and Photos packages only contains 4 or 5 GB instead of 200GB.

Previously like 6 months ago it was working and I could download 8 packages 25GB each. But now it only shows 4 packages with size of 1 GB.

Do you have any ideas why?

ICloud shows 400GB+ files but cannot see more than 50GB in iCloud.com, where are those 350GB? I'm having a problem with iCloud, it is supposed to be 400GB stored, but I can't find those files, I only see about 50GB, I'm using icloud.com to see it, I don't know where the other 350GB come from. Also I'm having problems seeing what is on data recovery, always say try again later, I think those files may be there but I can't access to it, what can I do? I need to recover that space on iCloud.

How to change iCloud storage location and download from iCloud to an external drive? My Wife and I need to clean out our iCloud because it is getting full.
